Easy Street quilt assembled except for borders

Sorry I haven't posted any progress lately, I've been working alot but I did get the blocks assembled into the completed centre. All that's left is the borders, which I am still thinking about.

You can hardly see the yellow in my 4 patches in this picture, and some of my purples blend in with my blues but oh well, I still like the pattern and would definately make it again.

all the pictures of peoples progress so far look great, so many different color schemes... lots of ideas flowing.....you can find others here:

I hope you enjoy my finished quilt center.  I've certainly enjoyed following along with Bonnie's Quiltville mystery 2012.

I didn't have a chance to post my progress last week, but I did get clue 4 and 5 completed this week...

And here is my Mom's progress so far.... All her clues are in the box (she didn't want to take them out...lol). Her colors are much softer than mine or Bonnie's and I think her finished quilt will be lovely!!!

I also finished a few weeks back this Tree skirt for a mutual friend of my sisters-in-law.

And, my Mother-in-law said all she wanted was a clothespin bag, so I made this one for her.....

Diamond's Galore UFO completed....

Sorry it's been awhile,But I have been quilting.... I finally finished the hand sewing on another UFO called " Diamonds Galore" but my MUM knows it as the birdie quilt (as in.... you know the quilt I'm working on, the Birdie quilt).  This one was started maybe 2 years ago and kept getting set aside for more urgent quilts.   But it is finished now, and I may even get around to making some pillow shams and curtains to match..I had leftover blocks and yardage.  Maybe in another 2 years LOL.

I am also working on a little something for a client for christmas, I will post pics after they have received it( It's a surprise).

And I am looking forward to a new Mystery quilt published for free by Bonnie K. Hunter. It begins November 23rd 2012. But, I just started a new job and I am hoping I can keep up with my quilting.  If you want to check out Bonnie's mystery you can follow this link:
http://quiltville.blogspot.ca/p/easy-street-mystery.html
I have made 2 of her previous mysteries already and they were alot of fun.

I also have another ModaBakeshop tutorial coming out next week, and I will make sure to post a link when that comes out.

All in all pretty busy here, trying to find the time to get some quilting in... even just a little every day, sooner or later progress is made.

Hope you all are well, and I will try to be back soon....
